The supply contract is a capacity building component as part of the deployment of a new customs management system (CMS) for the Ethiopian Revenues and Customs Authority.
The contract is about the procurement of hardware (laptops (5), smart TV sets (2), backup and recovery appliance (1), core switches (4), data centre UPS (1), data centre AC (1), barcode readers (200), TV sets (40) and VMware software).
 7.Indicative number and titles of lots:

The contract is divided into 2 lots:
lot 1: supply and installation of disk-based backup and recovery appliances, core switches, data center UPS, and data center AC;
lot 2: supply and commissioning of laptops, smart TV sets, bar code readers, full HDTV sets and VMware software.

Annex IV to the Partnership Agreement between the members of the African, Caribbean and Pacific Group of States of the one part, and the European Community and its Member States, of the other part, signed in Cotonou on 23.6.2000 as amended in Luxembourg on 25.6.2005 and in Ouagadougou on 22.6.2010. Reference is made to Annex IV as revised by Decision No 1/2014 of the ACP-EU Council of Ministers of 20.6.2014.
